How To Outsource Things You Don`t Want To Do

The number one mistake you can  do as an entrepreneurs is trying to do everything yourself. You will eventually get overwhelmed and burned out. Tasks can be outsourced. Now some entrepreneurs outsource everything, so they can have more time for new money making ideas. I am not saying you should do that, but definitely make a list of tasks that you don`t want to do don`t know how to do.

With this exercise you will get a vision of what are your top priorities and it will help you focus on things that you love to do. There are many ways to outsource stuff online. I like to find people that can do graphic design for me or technical things that I have no clue about.

You don`t need a big budget for outsourcing. If you do it right and you know where to look, you can find inexpensive workers on certain websites. These websites offer their complete resumes and history of their projects. Very popular websites are elance.com and guru.com.

You can also search on forums. Let me give you an example, if you are looking to get some flash design done, you can look at top flash design forums and contact your potential workers directly. When you are looking for people with a specific skill, find out where these people hang out online. Search on Google “specific skill + forum.

I made a video for you where you can find great people for a low cost, so they can grow your business for you and you can focus on things you love.
